2010 Winter Sports Registration

Due to very limited gym space, the program for grades K-3 has changed. The location and days of play will be as follows:

Open Fundamental Basketball (grades K-1) will play on Tuesday evenings at Pearl Park

Open Squirt Basketball (grades 2&3) will play on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening at Hale School. The schedule will rotate, which means about 1/3 of your games will be played on each of the three nights. 

Girls Fund/Squirt Basketball (grades K-3) will play on Friday evenings or Saturday afternoons at Pearl Park.

The program will begin in January.   All participants must have turned 5 by 9/1/09.

Late registration for remaining spaces will open Monday, November 2 at 6:00 pm.  You will need to fill out a form in triplicate at the desk and bring proof of your child's birth date unless we have it on file.

PIRC will be hosting a candidate forum from 6:00-7:00 p.m. both nights. Come and meet the 5th district and at-large candidates for the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board.
